A - Current Partners
B - Future Partners
C - Processes
At the intersection of A & B there are common Partners "D".
Note "G" represents common processes to both partners and "E"
and "F" represent processes that are unique to "A" and "B",
respectively.
By taking the Venn Diagram approach potential problem areas can
examined and strategies and tactics can be developed with
