Competitive Services & Wares. Metaphors for the 21st Century (M21C) are
the tools we use in workshop and coaching sessions. You can get more

The tools we use have evolved in the founder's mind over twenty years while
working in industry, education and community. These tools are wrapped
under the umbrella of Metaphor's for the 21st Century (M21C). A subset of

Entrepreneurial
PIE Teams brings to the table a view that we must have a proactive
approach to creation of jobs. Drawing on
Metaphors from
M21C thinking, the concept of planting PIE Teams is a
proactive way to get people thinking about the primary functions that
create Things and therefore Jobs. A graphic expresses this with emphasis
on hands and fingers. A new metaphor for the six hat team is presented
using the fingers of a hand and the arm to represent essential functions
associated with a viable business.
We also have experience in creating, planting and cultivating websites.

An important ingredient in M21C is the concept of Imagination; the
Greensboro Children's Museum has the
Transportation Area which
demonstrates the importance of Imagination and Science, Technology,
Engineering and Math (STEM) skill sets, in fact we recommend thinking
about I-STEM
and
CTE-I-STEM Cookie; also
